The proposal reimagines Corte Pagliere as a wine production and experience centre where guests can stay, participate in winemaking and tastings, and attend exhibitions and workshops. Ex Cinema Dante becomes a dedicated restaurant serving wines produced at the centre, connecting the two buildings through wine, hospitality, and dining.
